Kinematics and Force Analysis of Lifting Mechanism of Detachable Container Garbage Truck

摘要

The kinematics and force analysis of the lifting mechanism of the detachable container garbage truck isperformed in this article. First of all, the structural features and working mechanism of detachable container garbage truckare introduced. Then, for each working condition of the DCG truck, kinematic models are established, and the forceanalysis of the lifting mechanism is performed. Finally, the movement of a 20 ton DCG truck is calculated and analyzedas an example. This study provides a theoretical basis for the optimized design of DCGgarbage truck.
