摘要

Research on design scheme of CWR on large-span bridge in alpine region when expansion joint of rail is not need with the Qinghai-Tibet railway as the research background. The deformation of beam under temperature change was analyzed through Newton iteration method and Finite-Element Method with the seamless track calculation model of "line-bridge-pier" integration. Design program of setting buffer was adopted after comparison and selection. Continuously welded rail on bridge satisfied the design requirements when design stress-free temperature of rail take 18±3°C and 18±4°C. This research put forward a new design in order to solve laid seamless line on large-span bridge in large temperature difference.
