Shaping and strengthening the middle-level manager's organizational identification in construction trades, which can make the organization become an important part of their self concept and be willing to become a common destiny with the enterprise, can win core competitiveness for the enterprise's sustainable development. Based on depth interview, aided by the nvivo8 software, the paper uses grounded theory to set up the evaluation index system of middle-level managers' organizational identification in construction trades. The weight of each index is assigned by analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of middle-level manager's organizational identification in construction trades is constructed.
