PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a weaning (ablactation) operation for releasing from the use of a respirator, which can be executed rationally and effectively without relying on experience or hunch. SOLUTION: This is to let a respirator be controlled by deduced Control (controlling) parameter that is corresponding to the center of gravity of a control-diagram gained as that of an over all parameters. The parameters are respectively of Cond (condition) parameters and Trend (trend) parameters that are calculated by a fuzzy set and a fuzzy rule previously compiled, based on the fuzzy theory, and memorized in a computer (Controlling module B4, B5 and B6) and calculated respectively at least from heat rate(HR), respiratory frequency, oxygen-saturation (SpO2 ) and/or the measured value of tidal air exchange (A1 to A12).
