A new metal complexs of Dihydromyricetin was synthesized by reacting Dihydromyricetin with Mn(Ac)_2·2H_O in ethannol solution. The best conditions for the production rate were: T=70°C, pH=7.5, t=60min. C_(15)H_(12)O_8Mn·6H_2O was characterized by IR, UV, AAS and TG Meanwhile, C_(15)H_(12)O_8Mn·6H_2O can be regarded as effective potential agents and it is worthy of being investigated continually.
