@@ Recently, although great progress in the treatment of cancer and microorganism infection have been made, cancer and bacteria infection remains two major source of morbidity and mortality throughout the world and chemotherapy remains the usual treatment choice for advanced or mortiferous disease. However, the extensive and frequent use of conventional chemotherapeutic agents is often associated with not only deleterious side effect, but also the unexpected multidrug-resistant problem. Resistance has resulted in serious problem in the treatment of cancer and some infectious disease, such as deactivation of conventional chemotherapeutic agents. It has put people's health in danger and triggered great consideration worldwide.
