Microcirculatory Disturbance and Traditional Medicine: Protective effects of Curcumin and Aloe vera on Gastric inflammation

摘要

Summary: Curcumin prevents indomethacin- induced gastropathy on gastric microcirculation. H. pylori-induced gastric inflammation in rats is associated with increased NF-κB activation and macromolecular leakage which can reduce by curcumin supplementation.H.pylori enhanced leukocyte-endothelium interaction that could be improved by the treatment of Aloe vera with reduction in TNF-α level, elevated IL-10 level. Aloe vera has anti-inflammation effect and promoted gastric ulcer healing.
