In this paper, For solving the generalized saddle point problems, the iterative method with three real parameters CO , T and a is presented. The functional equation between the parameters and the eigenvalues of iteration matrix of the modified SOR -Like method is given, and the corresponding convergence condition of the modified iterative method is derived. Finally, numerical computation based on the augmented is performed to illustrate the efficience of our method.
