摘要

PURPOSE: A noise removing method using local statistics property, method and a system for removing the noise through a generalized Gaussian filter of transformed shape are provided to define the local average value about the pixel and local dispersion value, thereby detecting the noise effectively. CONSTITUTION: A partial average value according to the window weight and a partial dispersion value, the partial maximum value are calculated(S100). By using partial statistics characters, noise is detected according t to the detection conditions(S200). If a Flag result value is 0, filtering is not performed(S320). If the Flag result value is 1, filtering by a Gaussian filter is performed. Finally, filtered result pixel value is obtained(S310).
