Wafer Level Manufacturing of Glass Optics

摘要

The wafer-based manufacturing approach, which perfectly uses the economics of scale, is already established for polymer optics. In this work, the manufacturing approach for glass optics molded on a wafer scale is presented and a view is given on the process steps that have to be accomplished.
