摘要

Based on the sample analysis of IT industry, this paper probes into the relationship between transformational leadership and contextual performance by using empirical study method. The result indicates that transformational leadership has positive predictive effect on the staff contextual performance, which is realized under the role of organizational commitment intermediaries.
