摘要

The adverse effects of DSA on kidney transplant outcomes are well recognized. With the improvement in HLA antibody detection methods, the sensitivity and specificity of the assays have improved. Currently, single antigen beads (SAB) on Luminex platform is the most specific and sensitive method for detection of DSA. The major index used in this assay to detect a specific antibody is normalized MFI. There seems to be a correlation between MFI value and antibody titer. However, the association between MFI value and graft outcome has not been well studied.
