In this thesis, the authors point out the necessity for the small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to carry on the market ing channel innovation, introduce the research status of the theory of market ing channel, expound the organization model of marketing channel ,elaborate the contents of wireless market ing, put forward the marketing channel innovation based on wireless marketing model, finally carry on the forecast on this kind of new channel model innovation's prospect.
