Building and extension of employer brand of enterprises has become a hotspot widely concerned by enterprises in recent years, especially internationally known enterprises. While in China, due to universally weak awareness, the building of employer brand is far from adequate. Based on high significance of building employer brand, this Article, starting from analysis on connotation of employer brand, pointed out problems in building employer brand in Chinese enterprises and explored strategies in building employer brand in terms of communication mechanism and integrated dissemination.
