The method involves providing a unique and individual positioning direction for an employer brand to take as a basis of unconscious motives in career and life planning of an individual. Potential analysis and positioning of the employer brand are carried out. Measures required to find a company's image and employer attractiveness are researched. Efficient image campaigns and innovative recruiting tools are developed.
