Novolen~R Technology: High Performance Process and Catalyst Solutions for the Production of Polypropylene (PPT)

Polymer applications are getting more and more sophisticated and high-end converting techniques require customized non-commodity polymer designs. Maximum technological flexibility is essential to meet the market requirements and to survive in a strongly diversifying market. As markets develop, the share of polymer specialties increases. To meet these demands, Lummus Novolen Technology GmbH is working on flexible polymerization reactor configurations and on innovative Internal Donor / External Donor Ziegler-Natta Catalyst concepts to achieve new polymer properties. The target is to enable the Novolen clients to broaden their polymer grade range and to substitute already existing grades by superior solutions.
