NG催化剂在Novolen聚丙烯工艺上的应用

摘要

将国产NG催化剂在Novolen聚丙烯生产工艺上进行了工业应用.试验过程中反应釜操作温度和压力稳定,催化剂活性高,反应釜中氢气浓度低,聚合物粒径分布窄,粒径在0.25～2.00 mm的颗粒占99.2％.通过试验数据的对比分析,证明NG催化剂可以应用于Novolen聚丙烯工艺.%The domestic NG catalyst was industrially tested in a plant with Novolen polypropylene process. During the course of the industrial test, the polymerization reaction proceeded under the condition of stable operating temperature and pressure, low hydrogen concentration in the reactor and high catalyst's activity. The polymer so prepared had narrow particle size distribution with 99.2% of its particles in the range of 0.25-2.00 mm. The analyses of the experimental data demonstrate that the NG catalyst can be appropriately used in the plant with Novolen polypropylene process.
