摘要

The new technology of low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) has been a remarkable integrated component technology and the mainstream passive element's integration. It is now widely used in wireless communication. With the conventional LTCC technology we can't get big inductance due to the limitation of permeability of ceramics for miniaturization. So we can't get conventional lumped filters with low resonance frequency. If we insert a layer of ferrite with high permeability, the problem can be solved. This paper mainly focuses on the design and fabrication by LTCC/LTCF technology.
