At present, the space branch is one of the most priority and science intensive branches of human activity determining, to a great extent, the political prestige of a modern state, its economic, scientific-technical and defense power. However, with the appearance of more and more powerful space rocket systems, with the increase of launches and gaining of exploitation experience, it has become obvious that the rocket-space activity exerts a significant effect on the environment not only on the local level, but also in considerably greater scales.
