摘要

A method of real-time monitoring of microbial fermentation system based on King-View software is presented in this paper. The paper introduces the hardware platform built with temperature sensor, pH sensor, DO dissolved oxygen sensor, and MSP430 chip. The field sensor signals are sent to the MSP430 processor through the collection circuit, and the analysis and processing are carried out. In the end, the host computer monitoring system developed by King-View software can be used to collect, display, and preserve the various parameters of the fermentation process in real time, and meet the precise control requirements in the fermentation process, so as to ensure the quality of the fermentation products.
