基于STM32的微生物发酵自动控制系统设计与实现

         

摘要

针对一类通用型微生物发酵罐,采用STM32F407处理器和LabVIEW软件平台设计了一套微生物发酵自动控制系统.现场传感器信号经过采集电路送入STM32F407处理器,并进行分析处理.根据反馈信号设计相应的温度控制器、PH控制器和蠕动泵控制器.采用LabVIEW软件平台设计开发上位机监控系统.实验测试结果表明,系统可对发酵过程的PH、DO、温度和电机转速等数据进行实时采集、显示、保存,并满足温度、pH值的精确控制要求,从而保证发酵产品的质量.%Aiming at a class of general microbial fermentation tank,a set of microbial fermentation automatic control system is designed with STM32F407 processor and LabVIEW software platform.The field sensor signal is sent to the STM32F407 processor by the acquisition circuit,and analysis and processing. According to the feedback signal,the corresponding temperature controller,pH controller and peristaltic pump controller are designed. LabVIEW software platform is used to design and develop the host computer monitoring system. Experimental tests show that the system can collect,display and save the data of pH,DO,temperature and motor speed of the fermentation process in real time,and meet the temperature,pH value of the precise control requirements,thus it can ensure the quality of fermentation products.
