摘要

The purpose of this paper is to introduce activities and materials concerned with raisinglearners’ intercultural communication skills in English classes. Studies have concludedthat Japanese have tendencies towards high-context communication and collectivism.Those traits often become obstacles to their intercultural communication. Interculturalperspectives may enhance the learners’ levels of communication in various settings.Therefore, I created the following activities and materials for English classes.
