The research considers transfer for development examination system in education in Iraq. Reduce the time and effort, learn the student to make answers quickly. This research presents design of examinations and evaluation system for computer science students in a local area network contains server and clients, the server contain questions, degrees and results of students, the client allows the students to answer the questions of exams and know the degree of examination. The system was designed in Visual Basic language, Microsoft Access Linked by DAO tools.
