We introduce a method for time-sensitive relationship management which provides a systematic way of identifying. modelling and implementing time dependent in application domains of knowledge management such as technical manuals.. Technical manuals model structural, operational. maintenance and safety of technical objects in different contexts. Examples of technical objects we paper machines, base stations for mobile phones, and rock grinders. Contexts are defined by user groups tasks situations, environments, user devices and time. The application domain of our research is technical manuals and maintenance schedules for rock grinders. We have extended the temporal relationship category of the Relationship Navigation Analysis (RHA) by means of Allen's time interval relations for formalizing temporal conditions and describing them in natural language. Our implementation is based on the XML Linking Language (XLink) syntax. We have extended XLink's multiple links and multiple link networks with timerule attributes.
