摘要

This report presents a method to calculate and analyze the running behavior of planetary gear stages. The method utilizes results from the FE-based tooth contact analysis developed at the WZL. While considering the interaction between the gears the method analyses the gear mesh behavior. It is focused on the analysis of excitation behavior of planetary gear stages depending on the boundary conditions of the sun gear. Finally the presented method will be applied on a test gear set developed at the WZL and the results will be discussed.
