Electrical Properties of BaTiO_3 Doped With Lanthana and Niobia

摘要

The electrical resistivity (ρ), the dielectric constant (ε), and the dielectric loss (tan δ) were accurately measured in the temperature range 60-200°C for the samples (BaTiO_3-La_2O_3-Nb_2O_5) with (Nb_2O_5 = 0.1) wt% and La_2O_3 = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4). It is found that the addition of La content cause increase in resistivity and decrease the dielectric constant.
