摘要

The deposition of Pt and Cu is attained in polycrystalline, boron doped diamond films which are submitted to pre anodizations made in O{sub}2 evolution potentials. Such pre-treatments increase the relative surface area of the metallic deposit. As a tentative explanation for this effect, a model based on steric hindrance caused by O-terminations of the step represented by surface diffusion of metal nuclei is presented.
