The dependence between physico-chemical and allergenic properties of xenobiotics.

摘要

Based on several empirical observations, a correlation has been established between different physical properties of a medicinal drug and its allergenic potential. An index has been proposed for the prediction of the allergenic potential based on certain physical properties. The validity of this index has been verified on a series of known medical drugs.
