In this study, the input load mechanism according to a variety of vehicle behavior (sudden starts, cornering, road shock, etc.) in order to predict the input of the load cross member mounting were analyzed using the design specifications. Also it analyzed the input load change according to the vehicle/engine specifications/driven/wheel and tire size and the suspension structure for evaluating the effects of a variety of design specifications on the bush member effect the input load. Furthermore, through the study of the structure, reducing the load input member mount provided with design guidelines of the future vehicle development. When the design engineers to leverage the technologies developed in this study was developed by Excel-based load calculation TOOL.
