In the Spanish Organic Law 4/2007 of 12 April on Universities, the principles that Universities must adopt in terms of inclusion of students with diversity are regulated, as well as the specific aid programs, supports and adaptations in the teaching process, that must be carried out to allow these students competing under equal conditions than the rest of their classmates. Among other aspects, the Law specifies that "positive measures for action will be established to ensure their full and effective participation in the University area," and "Universities will promote actions to encourage that all members of the University community with special or particular needs associated with disability, have the means, support and resources to ensure real and effective equality of opportunities in relation to the other components of the University community. The Office for the Inclusion of People with Diversity (OIPD) of the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) provides personalized attention to all members of the University community with functional diversity. At the beginning of the academic year, teachers are informed about the enrollment of students with diversity in their subjects, and their particular difficulties and abilities, among other aspects. In order to promote an adequate methodology in the classroom, which favors the integration in the learning-teaching process of all students, the objective of this work is the design of methodological strategies that facilitate the learning of students in general and that allows students with functional diversity, their integration and participation, to ensure their inclusion. For this, the UCM has awarded the project “Innova-Docencia n? 5” in the academic course 2017-18, that focuses on the application of this methodological activities in laboratory teaching, as this is essential for students to acquire basic skills for their professional future, in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Physico-Chemistry and Bromatology in Pharmacy and Optics and Optometry Degrees. The materials to be designed proposed in the mentioned project consist of printed and audiovisual media. Posters with pictograms and Power-Point presentations will be designed as printed media. The videos will be made with a camera and/or through the Videoscribe program. All these materials will be available, not only in the Virtual Campus, but also in the laboratories of practices. In this sense, students can use these tools when they deem appropriate.
