摘要

Changes in the degree planning in the most of European universities have been implemented to betteradapt to the demands of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). Among other changes andchallenges, the evaluation processes have become less passive and students are evaluated both fortheir knowledge and competences.The main goal of this paper is to analyze if the profile of the acquired competences of the bachelorstudents matches with the competences that the professors believe that the students have develop, orshould develop, across the course.The results show that perceived differences between the current level and the desired level in theanalyzed competences are higher from the perspective of teaches.This kind of studies benefits the three parties involved: students, university managers andorganizations, and should be applied along the Bachelor as a transversal project and adapt theprograms to achieve graduate students with higher levels of social and personal competences, asdemanded by the labour market.
