Aware of the opportunity offered by ICT to ensure pre-service and in-service teachers' training quality,education stakeholders develop more instructional sequences, training devices, etc… based on thesetechnologies. This paper describes an experiment conducted within the framework of a pilot programfor Improving Training for Quality Advancement in National Education (ITQANE) [1] in Morocco led byCreative Associate Internationals in partnership with the central unit of professional training at theMoroccan Ministry of National Education, the National Center for Innovative Pedagogy, and the AlAkhawayn University in Ifrane. ITQANE is supported by the U.S. Agency for InternationalDevelopment (USAID). First, we will highlight the success of this initiative, and then present results ofthe first experiment towards the implementation of e-learning for pre-service teachers' training. Theprogram was spread in two phases: training of trainers then experimentation of e-learning moduleswith pre-service teachers. We assessed this e-training through the analysis of surveys conducted atthe end of each phase of the project.
