In this experiment, we investigated the effect of cold storage (4°C) and normal storage (25°C) on the activities of three cell wall degrading enzymes in blueberry 'Brigitta'. Cell wall degrading enzymes include polygalacturonase (PG), beta-galactosidase (β-Gal) and pectinesterase (PME). The results show that different temperature preservation had different effects on Blueberry cell wall degrading enzyme activity and blueberry growth index.
