Development of the Modes of Disease Management for Infants and Children

摘要

For infants and children, the players involved in their disease management are such community resources as their home, schools, educational committees, healthcare centers, clinics and hospitals. While pediatricians implement professional decision making, it is important for all the players to share the process of disease management (DM) to better support the infants'/ children's growth. The authors have tried to standardize the modes of disease management to facilitate the understanding among the players.
