Inter-molecular Interaction between Adiponectin and AdipoRl

To investigate the details of the interaction between adiponectin and its receptor, we prepared a series of fragments derived from the four extracellular regions of AdipoRl. From SPR experiments, it was suggested that the 356-365 region of AdipoRl is responsible for interaction with adiponectin.
