Quantitative Peptide Screening for EGF Receptor by Using a Peptide Library with Multiple Fluorescent Amino Acids

摘要

We have developed a new peptide screening method using multiple fluorescent amino acids (Flaas) as tags for detection of target-binding peptides. We screened peptides bound to three tumor cells by this method.
