摘要

The method shows good linearity for AZ and DAZ with 1000-fold wide calibration range. The method is highly sensitive for the metabolite of DAZ with LLOQ of 0.1 pg/mL, and for AZ with LLOQ of 1.0 pg/mL. The method was validated and achieved the sensitivity and reproducibility needed for pharmacokinetic studies in human plasma.
