All Ions MS/MS is a technique that provides both quantitation and confident confirmation via fragment ions in a single injection for targeted screening analyses, using accurate mass LC/Q-TOF or LC/TOF instruments. The All Ions MS/MS is a viable alternative to the triple quad MRM based approach, offering comparable quantitative performance, selectivity and productivity, fast method setup for hundreds of compounds due to the automatic selection of fragment ions for confirmation using accurate mass MS/MS library spectra, and enables users to re-analyze data to find additional analytes without re-acquisition.
