摘要

The unique features of our MS-cleavable cross-linking reagents greatly improve the speed and accuracy of cross-linked peptide identification. Their membrane permeability properties allow study of protein structures and interactions in vivo, increasing the value of XL-MS as an approach to study real physiological events. When combined with an efficient and automated data analysis workflow, time-intensive tasks such as the confident identification of cross-linked peptides can now be considered trivial. This significantly improves the through-put of data processing, making larger scaled analyses more feasible.
