2D achiral/achiral preparative SFC/SFC/MS method allows a fast and straightforward method development. This new procedure can significantly reduce the method development and purification time. No losing time in between sample preparation from 2-step purification. 2D preparative SFC/SFC/MS approach meets the purification challenge by significantly increasing the separation power that enables the purification of a compound from a complex sample in an automated and streamlined manner. Our chemists can cut down the evaporation time due to no water in the fractions (compared to reversed phase LC/MS purification), and additionally it is environmental friendly and inexpensive compared to commonly used HPLC solvents.
