SFC-MS/MS has successfully been applied to investigate stereoselective metabolism in a DMPK environment: (1) A validated assay for a parent compound and 3 diastereomeric metabolites was developed. (2)In this instance, in vivo chiral inversion was investigated in pooled clinical and preclinical samples (dog). (3)Use of SFC has moved from sample preparation and purification to bioanalytical assay and metabolite identification.
