Cocaine and Metabolites: Method Development Strategies using Supported Liquid Extraction from Urine prior to UPLC-MS/MS Analysis

This poster demonstrates the suitability of ISOLUTE SLE+ for the rapid and reliable extraction of cocaine and metabolites from non-hydrolysed and hydrolysed urine. Excellent recoveries were demonstrated from 1-100 ng/mL levels showing good calibration curves for all analytes. LOQs were mid to low pg/mL level based on S/N estimations. The use of high pH mobile phases allowed improved retention of AEME and EME.
