Validation of an Automated Method for the Quantitation of S-Citalopram and S-Desmethyl Citalopram in Human Plasma using Chiral Separation via LC/ESI/MS/MS

A robust automated procedure has been validated using reduced sample volumes, rapid processing and data acquisition while achieving adequate chiral separation. The prealiquotting capability of the Hamilton Robot was utilized thereby providing an alternative for high throughput sample analysis using robotics.
