Simultaneous, rapid analysis of melamine and its analogues in various processed foods by LC-MS/MS

摘要

HILIC/ESI-MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of melamine and related compounds in various processed foods was developed and validated. For the detection of the targets, the ESI probe worked in the positive and negative switching mode. We conducted the method validation including linearity, LOD, LOQ, precision test and recovery. It proved to be sufficient for using the determination method of melamine and its analogues in a variety of food and foodstuffs.
