A commercial HPLC pump was modified to deliver supercritical CO_(2) and was shown to perform reproducibly up to 70mL/min flow rate. Our 2D SFC/SFC/MS purification system combines achiral separation and chiral separation into one single process, which translates into both time savings and cost savings. Trap/flush method supports SFC open bed fraction collection with high recovery.
