摘要

nESI MS of proteln complexes (150-800 kDa) that are too polydlsperse for NMR, Crystallography or Hlgh resolution EM. A CID approach to reduce charge allows identification and relative quantification of constitutent oligomers. Analysis shows that equillbrium fluctuatlons in quatemary structure are cruclal to protein function.
