摘要

With ~(15)N metabolic labeling strategy, some false identification from Mascot result can be excluded during the spectral library construction process. In addition, false negative identifications can be retrieved from the Mascot result. Spectral matching algorithm has been developed and showed superior sensitivity and specificity than traditional database searching strategy. Future work will focus on expanding the current library by including many more verifiedMS/MS spectra collected by multidimensional LC/MS.
