摘要

In this paper we review recent studies on localized eigenstates of correlatedsystems on various one-, two-, and three-dimensional frustrated lattices anddiscuss their influence on the low-temperature physics. We focus on frustratedquantum Heisenberg antiferromagnets where these localized magnon eigen-states become ground states in high magnetic fields. In addition, we considerlocalized electron states for the Hubbard model on a specific frustrated lattice(the sawtooth chain) and discuss their relation to the localized magnon states.
