The work analyses the role and the significance of system of financial (material) and non-financial (nonmaterial) remuneration in the structure of labor motivation of specialists and staff of IT-companies. The research of efficiency of the incentive system in the international company "X" was conducted. The analysis of the system of material and nonmaterial incentives acting in the company demonstrated problems connected with personnel motivation and development.
