摘要

G-quadruplexes are guanine-rich sequences mostly found in promoters and telomeres associated with key cellular processes [1-2]. They are polymorphicin terms of number of tetrads, strands orientation, cation involved and loop arrangement[3]. Here we are using Ion mobility mass spectrometry (IM-MS) to characterize conformations of diverse sequence topology in native MS buffer [4]. This is further supplemented by ~1HNMR, CD and UV melting.
